What has been or now is your experience with Google Forms?
My experience with google forms has been from my previous class in 702. I created a quiz for my students that was multiple choice. I also created a teacher feedback form on what they thought about using more technology in their teaching. Is it intuitive? I think parts of google forms is intuitive and easy to follow. I can see myself using it for several audiences like students, parents, and teachers. What challenges did you encounter when building your form? The challenges I faced were incorporating add-ons. It took time and some of the add-ons didn't work as well as I liked them to. I would like to gain more experience in this area. Do you think this tool would be beneficial for your teaching practice? I think google forms would be beneficial in my teaching practice as a visual tool for my audiences and a quick way to assess students. I do however think it is more useful in teaching older grades. I teach Kindergarten and for that reason I haven't used it as heavily as some of my classmates in this cohort who teach older grades. I like google forms and would like to use it more often. I am interested to hear how others use google forms in their classrooms at other grade levels. Maybe I will use google forms more consistently if and when I teach a higher grade level. I think that learning how google forms is used from others who teach higher grade levels will be helpful to me.
