Session 4
Twitter Chat:
Participate in a Twitter chat on a topic relevant to what you teach, your Driving Question, or Capstone. What group norms did you observe? What did you learn from this chat? Was it helpful to your practice/Capstone or not? Typically, a Twitter chat is one hour long. Share your experience participating in a Twitter chat on your Edu 702 Weebly page.

Twitter Chat I participated in was #safeschoolschat
moderated by @teresagross625 and @daviswelcome
Sunday March 12 at 12:00
The topic question was What is Reflective Leadership?
What actions come with a growth mindset?
The group norms were mostly administrators and some teachers sharing their answers to the question.
Thinking before you act and after you act.
Check in on your practices.
Staying true to your visions/goals. listen, take feedback and adjust. t
I added that reflective leadership was the willingness improve and change your methods as needed.
Many posts were encouraging. Even though we go through tough times we shouldn't give up and attitude is
everything.
The topic wasn't around my driving question but I'll be more focused on it next time.
I learned how they collaborate and the relationships they had. There was a section where they would say hello and
ask each other how they were doing.
This chat was helpful for me as an educator and when I get discouraged. I will get more focused to my Driving Question next time.
