Reflect on how you might use Google Forms 1)in your practice and 2) for your Touro action research/capstone project. What might be the best uses for your particular situation?
This is my first experience using google forms. I think they are useful. I created a teacher survey on the use of technology in the classroom. This simple survey is designed to lead further discussion and collaboration among teachers about using technology in their practice. A followup survey can also be conducted after agreement on how to use technology in teaching. The followup survey can ask question such as how teachers experiences were with technology and how useful and engaging it is. My other google form was an assessment. This assessment ties in with what my kindergarten students are tested on each year. I would use it whole group and in small group for my intensive Tier lll students. This assessment will also show if what they learn in iRead will carry over to other programs and regular teacher instruction. The best use for my capstone and particular situation with google forms is the audience being my students and using google forms as a summative assessment to show me how my students are progressing in reading using iRead. Other ways I would use google forms: Back to school night Parent surveys Peer surveys Teacher rubrics https://docs.google.com/a/nvusd.org/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLbXOYJBti79ql9gTTCwNaPrx93I83Zog3guNlpYt8PHUitw/viewform?fbzx=2626457500438667300
